Probate is the court proceeding through which a will is proved to be valid and the estate of a decedent is administered. Kornblum & Associates, San Francisco, CA.  With this firm, we have handled litigation against insurance companies for bad faith in denying claims and failure to pay claims.

• Our firm represents both commercial clients and individuals in all proceedings and transactions that deal with real property - land and the structures attached to it - including purchase and sale, construction, mortgages and foreclosures, leases, zoning, quiet title actions, closings, and management. We also represent land owners in eminent domain or condemnation proceedings.

• State, Local and Municipal Law

  We also practice in the State, Local and Municipal Law area and have expertise and knowledge in the areas of powers and liabilities of state and local government and municipal corporations, including matters such as land use and zoning issues. We have also handled Mandate Actions for the Courts when needed.
